Annual Smoke Alarm Plan

Annual Safety Switch Test

Annual Plumbing Check
- Inspection for leaking toilets, taps and pipes
- Test all shower heads have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min
- Test internal cold water taps and single mixer taps for kitchen sinks or bathroom hand basins have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min.
- Check all toilets are dual flush – From 23 March 2025: all toilets on the property are dual flush and have a minimum 3-star WELS rating.
- Check hot water system – Inspect valves, connections and valves to confirm no leaks and safe installation.
- FREE quote of works recommended or required to meet compliance.
