• Confirm if property is separately metered – If yes you can charge your tenants for water usage
• Inspection for leaking toilets, taps or pipes
• Test all shower heads have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min
• Test internal cold water taps and single mixer taps for kitchen sinks or bathroom hand basins have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min.
• Check all toilets on the property are dual flush and have a minimum 3-star WELS rating.
• Where required – Issue of water compliance certificate.
• Check hot water system – Inspect valves, connections and confirm tempering valve is present.
• Gas (Where Applicable) Inspect Bottles, regulators, connections and valves to confirm no leaks and safe installation.
• FREE quote of works recommended or required to meet compliance.
