Annual Property Protection Plan
Covers All 3 Trades- Electrical, Plumbing & Handyman
- Only be charged for labour onsite (currently you pay 1.5 Hours minimum).
- Do not pay after hours call outs or additional labour rates
- Receive exclusive labour pricing in 15min blocks. Only get charged for what we do.
- If our tech is onsite for 15min. you will only pay for 15min. of labour

Annual Smoke Alarm Plan
- Smoke Alarm Replacement for faulty or expired items
- Battery replacement at each inspection
- Safety Switch check
- UNLIMITED Visits to the property – lease renewals, nuisance alarms etc.
- Smoke Alarm Initial Inspection – Additional charges apply for new alarms required

Annual Plumbing Check
- Confirm if property is separately metered – If yes you can charge your tenants for water usage
- Inspection for leaking toilets, taps or pipes
- Test all shower heads have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min
- Test internal cold water taps and single mixer taps for kitchen sinks or bathroom hand basins have a maximum flow rate of 9L per min.
- Check all toilets are dual flush – From 23 March 2025: all toilets on the property are dual flush and have a minimum 3-star WELS rating.
- Where required – Issue of water compliance certificate.
- Check hot water system – Inspect valves, connections and confirm tempering valve is present.
- Gas (Where Applicable) Inspect Bottles, regulators, connections and valves to confirm no leaks and safe installation.
- FREE quote of works recommended or required to meet compliance.
